Here are some tricks to do:

KNEES

This is very simple, but just do this:

1. Push on board as if doing a push-up.

2. Slide your knees onto the board.

3. Ride!

DROPKNEE

You can do this from prone (laying down) or knees. For prone:

Do the same first two steps as in knees, except put one foot on the board where your knee would go.

For knees:

Put your hands on the board and put one foot on the board.

BARREL ROLL

1. Hold the board on the sides.

2. Turn your body in a direction and keep the board close to your chest.

3. When you finish rolling, regain balance and ride away!

PRONE 360

1. Get into prone position (laying down).

2. Scoot up so that your chin is over the front of the board, but DO NOT put your chin on the board.

3. Stick out a hand and scoop the water so you start to turn.

4. As you spin, take your feet out of the water.

5. At about 270 degrees, put your feet back in the water.

6. Ride away!

WALLRIDE

Note: This can only be done on a retro flowrider.

1. Get into prone position.

2. Move towards the wall edge.

3. When you get close to the edge, take the board out from under your body and spin your body in a 360 turn, sliding the board along the wall as you spin.

4. Take the board off the wall and put it back under you.

5. Ride away!

KNEE 360

1. Get into knee position.

2. Stick your hand out and scoop the water as in a prone 360.

3. As you turn around, lean forward a lot. If you are a lighter person, it helps to push down on the front of the board until you are done spinning. If you lose your board at about 180 degrees, you need to lean forward more.

4. When you are done spinning, lean left or right to keep from spinning too much.

5. Ride away!

DROPKNEE 360

1. Get into dropknee position.

2. Get your board spinning as you would for any other 360 (scoop the water)

3. Lean forward as you spin and when you are done spinning, lean left/right to keep from spinning too much, once again.

4. Ride away!

SUPERMAN

1. Grab your board on the back.

2. Push the board out in front of you.

3. Lay on the flowrider with your arms extended out or planted on the bottom.

4. When your board comes back to you, grab it and ride away!

SUPERMAN BARREL-ROLL

1. Put your hands by your thighs.

2. Push the board out in front of you.

3. Roll in the motion of a barrel roll.

4. Catch the board again and ride away!

FLOATER (RETRO)

1. Ride up to the curl on the retro flowrider.

2. Lean left when you are on the top so that you are stopped and spraying to the right.

3. When you are done, release the hold and lean right slightly.

4. Ride away!

DROPKNEE SHUV-IT

1. Get into dropknee.

2. Push hard to the left with your back foot (knee) while pushing right with your front foot.

3. Jump up as you do this.

4. Attempt to land in dropknee again.

5. Ride away!

HELICOPTER (RETRO)

1. On the flowrider, move towards the curl as you would for a wallride.

2. Instead of going up the wall with your tail, simply spin your body 360 degrees with your board in front of you.

3. Spin quickly, and when done, put your board back down and ride away!

LAZYMAN

1. Get to knees.

2. Put your hands parallel to each other.

3. Slightly push and rotate your board so you are either laying or sitting backwards on your board.

4. Ride for a while: To get back to prone:

5. Use step 2 again (hands).

6. Rotate body to prone.

7. Ride away!!!
